What began as an unbroken chain of gold,
Innocently hanging on a hook,
Is now a tarnished strand of brass in a gutter.
Oh, the stories it could tell,
How it was tangled,
How it was broken.
But its mouth is rusted shut,
And we are left only to guess.
As I pick it up,
And place it in my pocket,
I am reminded of [...]

Stellar Rainbow

                         Catching flickering starlight.
The world is cleansed from its dreary day
                         With a lunar smile
                         And a stellar show
Clouds, dark as an evil heart,
                         Move away from the moon,
                         Fearing the stars
A calm blanket covers the earth,
Dyed by the light of night,
                         Formed by the [...]
